New Iberia, Louisiana - February 20, 2010 The Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office received a call advising that a female was being treated for a broken wrist at a local hospital. It was determined that the female sustained the injuries from an altercation she was involved in with her boyfriend, Jason Etie 36 years old. Deputies learned that the victim and Etie were involved in an argument at a Bar in New Iberia the previous night. Witness stated they observed Etie push the victim to the ground. Later the victim attempted to leave the area and Etie grabbed her by the arm, breaking her wrist. Etie is approximately five feet, eight inches tall, weighing approximately one hundred sixty pounds. He is believed to be headed to the New Orleans area. Anyone having information on Etie's location is asked to contact the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Office at 337-369-3714.
